What's Inside

Your kit contains sample nails ranging from size 00–14 (depending on your shape). Since each nail shape is uniquely crafted, sizes don't transfer between shapes—grab a separate kit for each shape you're curious about.

Shipping

Returned packages due to an incorrect address or unclaimed delivery will require payment for reshipping. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days, but may extend to 5–8 business days during holidays or high order volume. Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on the shipping carrier and location. Express shipping options may be available at checkout and will be fulfilled using the fastest available carrier service. Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and tracking has updated, Junaura is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

Returns

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or returns. We are not responsible for sizing errors, so please ensure you select the correct nail size before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages once they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier. If there is an issue with your order, it must be reported to Hello@Junaura.com within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos for review.
