The Junaura Intro Set

The only way to become a new client of Junaura

Every set is 100% soft gel, fully reusable, and made one at a time in my studio. The Junaura Intro is how new clients join my books.

What's included:

• Sizing kit to size each of your ten nails at home
• You will receive a kit for physical reference of every shape I offer, yours to keep. Use it for your first set and reference it any time you want to try a new shape in future orders
• Your first custom set any design, a solid color to custom or predesigned, your choice
• Complete application kit every order I ship includes all the tools and adhesives you need, and your first set is no exception
• Shipping covered both ways your sizing kit ships first, then your finished set once you order that set after you have your sizes

How it works:

1. Order The Junaura Intro at checkout.
2. Your sizing kit and shape finder ship to you first.
3. Size your nails at home and choose your shape using the shape finder.
4. Email Hello@Junaura.com to talk through your set, predesigned or fully custom, any design, any tier.
5. I hand-paint your set in my studio. Standard turnaround is 7 working days, not including shipping.
6. Your set ships to you with your complete application kit included.
7. You're on my books. Order from me the way my existing clients do, whenever I'm open.

Important:

• One intro per person, one time, ever. This is your entry point as a new client.
• Sets are discussed and finalized by email, not through the website.
• Your set is not made until we have spoken. Sizing first, conversation second, set third.
• The Junaura Intro is a complete order, not a credit. Once your sizing kit and shape finder have been shipped, it is on you to reach out and complete your set order. Intros are non-refundable and do not expire into store credit.
• Sizing kits are not sold separately. The Junaura Intro set is the only way to receive one as a new client.
• I typically respond to messages within 5–8 hours.

Already ordered from me before?

This doesn't apply to you. If you've ever ordered a sizing kit, a previous intro kit, or a set from me, you're already on my books. Head to the shop and order the way you always have. If your nails have changed and you need an updated sizing kit, it's always free with your next order, just let me know.
